Our vision for reconciliation at Avenues Runcorn Heights is to grow our culture of respect by continuing to develop our service's understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' cultures, histories and contributions. Deep listening, togetherness, reciprocity, and respect are all foundational concepts that underpin this process.
We recognise that reconciliation is ongoing and will continue to celebrate the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures in our community and recognise equal opportunities on a broad level.
Our educators commit to reflective practices as part of our reconciliation journey towards a future of cooperation, equality and equity.
Our vision is to help bring about a nation reconciled with its past and working together to a stronger future for all.
