While the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group mainly drive the development and implementation of the RAP, all staff must support reconciliation to result in meaningful, long-term change.
Staff meetings or professional learning sessions about the RAP and reconciliation broadly can:
- keep staff in your school or early learning service up to date with RAP progress
- seek input on RAP initiatives from staff members who are not in the Working Group.
These sessions can also be a good opportunity to engage all staff in professional learning around certain RAP Actions.
This can help to foster a deeper understanding of your school or early learning service’s commitment to reconciliation.
