Reconciliation is embedded in our daily practice, interactions and curriculum, ensuring it is a living part of our preschool culture. Our staff understand what reconciliation means and its importance in the early learning context. All staff are aware of their responsibilities in embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into teaching and learning. Staff integrate the vision for reconciliation into classroom activities, learning outcomes, daily routines ensuring reconciliation is practical and observable in everyday experiences. Through this vision we commit to walking together with First Nations peoples on a journey of reconciliation, honouring the true histories, strengthening relationships and nurturing an understanding for future generations.
