Our vision is to ensure we are including and embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives in a respectful authentic way by walking side by side with Aboriginal educators, children, families and members of our community.
We acknowledge the mistakes of the past and believe in walking together to learn from and with each other.
We will support our educators with cultural responsiveness training opportunities to help support them to be confident in including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives.
As a learning community, we are committed to learning from the oldest living culture on the planet and look through their eyes.
We want to listen and learn from each other.
We want to be leaders in Ngaitalya (respect) and Tiati (truthtelling).
