Our vision for reconciliation is to continue deepening our knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and perspectives while embracing truthtelling as a vital part of our collective learning. We are committed to learning from, with, and about First Nations voices, practices, histories, and ways of being, and to sharing this learning with children, families, and our wider community. We are dedicated to supporting and championing equal and equitable opportunities in education and employment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We encourage children to confront injustice through respect, kindness, inclusion, and the courage to stand up for what is fair and right. Together, we will continue to promote and support initiatives that improve First Nations health, education, employment, and justice outcomes. We will speak up against discrimination and misinformation, working towards a future grounded in honesty, unity, and shared responsibility. We embrace a spirit of respect, understanding, and acknowledgement for First Nations peoples. Through our daily actions, relationships, and learning, we strive to nurture in children a deep understanding of reconciliation and the importance of working towards peace, harmony, and a just future for all Australians
