Our vision for reconciliation at Goodstart Glenvale Road is for all people to feel welcome, supported, and safe. We will continue to foster this vision by building strong, trustful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families through building connections between non-Indigenous and local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Together, we are committed to ensuring that all our children will grow and respect each other in an environment that is constantly working towards equality and equity.
We create an environment for children which is reflective of their home life, where families feel safe and encouraged to share their cultural identities and perspectives. Goodstart Glenvale Road acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the Land and remains respectful to the local heritage of the Toowoomba Community and to the cultural heritage and identity of our families.
