VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Goodstart Early Learning - Beachmere recognises and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia and as the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which our early learning service stands.

We strive for reconciliation to be a part of all aspects of our learning and embedded within our programs and learning environments. We are committed to the continuous growth and education about First Nations peoples for all staff, students, families and the wider community and we will support all children to lead an Australian society that values Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's cultures, perspectives, and heritages as a proud part of a reconciled Australia.

We acknowledge that educators play a crucial role in respectfully sharing the rich histories, cultures, and achievements of First Nations peoples and we do this in collaboration and partnership with local Elders, leaders and community members that we proudly walk alongside.
