Tralee Garden’s vision for reconciliation is a nation where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families are respected, valued and included in the broader community. Our vision is to respect and acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and build genuine, respectful relationships with all children and families who attend these centres. Our aim is to develop respectful and reciprocal relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities of our Tralee Gardens Preschool community. We seek to include an awareness of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures in our programs that promotes an understanding of diversity and inclusiveness. Tralee Gardens Preschool values Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the cultures and contributions that they graciously make to our centre and the wider community.
