Our vision is for reconciliation is for all First Nations Peoples of Australia, past and present, and work together to meaningfully understand the  wisdom and knowledge of the Traditional Custodians of this Land..  We are committed to achieving reconciliation, which we  will continue to do by developing strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. These relationships will bebuilt on trust and respect, and that are free of racism. We will continue to foster partnerships and collaborate with   First Nations families and learn from their knowledge, to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives within our  our service and to creating culturally safe spaces.. We believe that families and the community are valued partners in the development of their children and in the decision making and running of our preschool. We are committed to building meaningful relationships and liaising with outside agencies to best support the needs of our children and ensure that they understand the histories of Australia’s First Nations peoples.  We are dedicated to providing equal and equitable educational outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and we are committed to  working towards equal and equitable outcomes for future generations. We are respectful of, and embrace Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and stories.  As a team, we are committed to continuous improvement and engaging with professional learning and development  work together to ensure best practice for our centre whilst maintaining a strong, consistent, positive team environment that advocates and promotes reconciliation.  .  We believe in providing and intercultural space for everyone to feel a sense of belonging and respect.
