Our vision for reconciliation is for children, families, staff and our community to become more knowledgeable about Australia’s First Peoples through meaningful relationships and respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives, histories and experiences in our day to day programs.
This Land on which we are all lucky enough to call home has been continually cared for by the Gandangara People for many generations before colonisation, and, as such, we need to recognise, show respect for, listen to and be guided by Australia's First Peoples, now and into the future.
We want reconciliation not just to be a conversation but an action. Action not only for today and tomorrow but forever. We would like to create a space in which Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people feel a strong sense of belonging and to feel advocation.
