Skoolz Out

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

At Skoolz Out Outside School Hours Care we are dedicated to upholding the cultures and values of both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We acknowledge them to be theTtraditional Owners and Custodians of the Land, and we treasure those things handed down from them to us.

We will do our upmost to teach our children about their rich cultures that embraces us all. We will do this through respectful engagement with local communities, through stories, histories, artefacts, languages, art and music.

Our centre will be a place of equality where people are valued and their heritages embrassed.

We will provide an environment that reflects the lives of the children and families utilising our service and the cultural diversity of the broader community, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

At Skoolz Out equality forms the basis of our programming and this in turn strengthens staff, children, families and the wider community.
