St Luke's Preschool envisions a future where our society acknowledges and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the First Peoples of Australia, who have their own rich and diverse cultures, histories and perspectives.
This vision includes ongoing relationships with local Elders and valuing their experiences, cultures and knowledge. We will continue to be proactive in establishing and fostering respectful, positive and reciprocal relationships between First Nations people and non-Indigenous Australians. We will nurture and value these relationships and work towards a respectful and more equal and equitable future that acknowledges and recognises Aboriginal and Torress Strait histories, perspectives and cultures.
