VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Living Faith OSHC acknowledges the Gubbi Gubbi and Turrbal peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we operate and recognises that sovereignty over this Land was never ceded.

In our commitment to reconciliation, Living Faith OSHC has developed and implemented a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This plan aims to strengthen our relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, demonstrating our ongoing support for the reconciliation process.

We believe it is the responsibility of all staff, and indeed all Australians, to actively promote and support reconciliation. Our service is committed to raising awareness of systemic inequalities and advocating against the injustices faced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Through fostering collaborative relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, we endeavour to create a culturally safe environment for all Australians one that promotes education, accountability, and mutual growth.

As we progress into 2026, Living Faith OSHC remains steadfast in our journey towards reconciliation. We continue to lead by example within our school community, championing inclusive practices and contributing to a shared future that benefits all Australians.
