Our vision for reconciliation is to continually provide a safe, inclusive and respectful environment that respects the rich cultural heritages of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Our vision will continue to be centered around the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion as we promote understanding, healing and reconciliation between First Nations peoples and non-Indigenous Australians. We will continue to build and maintain meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, fostering cultural awareness and respect within the team. We will continue to provide a curriculum that incorporates First Nations perspectives and practices within a rich learning environment that fosters understanding of, and respect for, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples among all children. We will continue to actively engage with Elders and First Nations community members, providing opportunities to contribute to our service. We will strive for children and families to develop a deep respect for First Nations peoples cultures as a strong foundation for the building of harmonious relationships within a diverse society.
