Our vision at Goodstart Parkwood Woodlands Way is to build positive relationships between the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the wider community. As a community we are committed to learning alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within our community, and we will respectfully share the knowledge and histories with our wider learning community to allow for everyone to learn and grow.
As educators we will support, encourage, nurture and guide all children to develop their own understanding of reconciliation by being culturally responsive and supporting them to develop critical thinking skills and learn at their own pace.
