Goodstart Golden Square

Goodstart Early Learning Golden Squares vision for reconciliation is a community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, histories, and traditions are acknowledged, valued, and respected.   

As educators, we recognise our responsibility to support current and future generations of children to develop an understanding of and respect for the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Through meaningful learning experiences and inclusive practices, we aim to embed this knowledge throughout our curriculum and daily environment.   

We recognise the ongoing impacts and injustices of colonisation and honour the strength and resilience of First Nations peoples.  As a learning community, we are committed to walking together with respect, understanding, and a shared spirit of healing and reconciliation.
