Our vision for reconciliation at Eltham Woods Childcare Cooperative is for our service to have a clear understanding of the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Together, we strive to honour the teachings, traditions and true histories of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We will strive to develop and maintain respectful and positive relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our community and will respectfully build and extend the knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout our service, with educators, children and families.
