Our vision for reconciliation is to support a diverse and unified community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples feel welcomed and acknowledged. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land and value their continuing cultures and valuable contributions that they have made and continue to make within society.
We acknowledge the true history of this nation that has included unjust policies, discrimination and racism for First Nations people tas a result of colonisation. We recognise the positive benefits that can result from reconciliation and we will continue to the hard work towards reconciliation in our centre and the wider community.
Our RAP was developed by staff, families and members of the community who by working collaboratively allow us to invest in learning that benefit and encourage all community involvement.
