Armidale and District Family Day Care

VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Armidale and District Family Day Care recognises the histories and values the cultures of Australia's First Peoples.

As an early childhood service we recognise our responsibility to promote reconciliation (a way forward) by developing a deeper understanding and connection to our local community so that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, and all families, feel welcome in our service and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Educators choose to register as part of our team and share their cultural knowledge and perspectives for the benefit of all students.
