Our vision for reconciliation centres on fostering strong relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and non-Indigenous Australians. We aim to create a cohesive society that deeply values the cultural heritage, diversity, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Early education plays a pivotal role in constructing a reconciled nation; thus, we believe every child should learn about First Nations Peoples' histories and cultures, instilling a sense of belonging and connection to Country.
Recognising reconciliation as an ongoing process, we commit to continuous growth as individuals, a team, and a community. Aligned with our core values of respecting diversity, promoting inclusion, advocating for children's rights, upholding justice, embracing honesty, and demonstrating courage, we respectfully include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ heritages and perspectives into our program.
By fostering understanding and respect for these cultures, we enrich appreciation for Australia's cultural heritage and progress toward a more unified nation. This lays the foundation for an Australian identity grounded in mutual respect, trust, and support, advancing the cause of reconciliation.
