Our St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School community aspires to create a space where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are accepted and respected for their unique contribution to our varied cultures and histories.
Our goal is to strengthen relationships between cultures by acknowledging the past, recognising and valuing current contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and taking steps to move forward together as a united community.
We believe that through engaging the wider Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in our education we can empower all students to achieve their full potential.
As a Catholic school we are inspired by the life and message of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop to be a community that is inclusive and respectful of all cultures.
