Holy Spirit Primary School's vision for reconciliation is to acknowledge and honour the rich histories, stories and knowledges of First Nations peoples, including the Traditional Custodians of where we learn and play, the Ngunnawal people. We understand the significance of the world's oldest living continuous cultures, and commit to building a school community that is culturally proud, aware, competent and welcoming for all. Our inaugural RAP invites our community to practice reconciliation in the spirit of dadirri. Dadirri is deep listening and quiet, still awareness. It also means an awareness of where we've come from, why we are here, where we are going now and where we belong. These principles of reconciliation and Faith, Learning, Relationship and Service will connect students, staff and community members as we strengthen relationships with First Nations peoples and navigate truth telling, pursuing a reconciled Australia.
