Our school sits on the beautiful Land of the Gumbaynggirr Nation. We are committed to actively contributing to reconciliation through developing an honest and meaningful understanding of Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories and cultures, both locally and nationally.
Our vision is to broaden our knowledge and respect for the world’s oldest living culture and to provide opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' voices, world views, identities, knowledge and cultures to be more visible, respected, honoured and heard throughout our school.
Learning Together, Working Together, and Walking Together, Building Respectful Relationships Together.
All Toormina High School students who leave our school, and join other communities will do so with knowledge, and a lifelong understanding of reconciliation.
