Here at Bloom Early Education, our Reconciliation Action Plan represents our vision to create an inclusive and inviting learning environment in which our children, families and educators feel a connection, understanding and a sense of belonging.
Our commitment to reconciliation involves educating the current and next generations to spark meaningful change in our thoughts and actions. We endevour to support our educators ongoing learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their cultures as we contribute to unity between the First Nations Peoples and the wider community.
We aim to create strong partnerships with Traditional Custodians within the local community through community events and cultural celebrations and through gaining a greater understanding of the deep connections First Nations peoples have with the land on which we play and learn.
