Our vision is to create an environment at Impressions Early Education Ripley that fosters equality, equity, recognition, inclusiveness and acceptance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Peoples. A place to see, hear, and feel reconciliation. We aim to foster a true sense of belonging for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander educators, children, families and visitors within our Centre and our community by building respectful, trusting relationships and recognising the contribution of the First Nations peoples of Australia. We strive to continuously increase our knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Straight Island peoples, cultures and histories so that we can respectfully and authentically include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and knowledges into our learning environment and experiences. Empowering our learning community to become leaders in Australia’s evolving reconciliation journey.
