Our vision for reconciliation is to respectfully include the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples' histories and cultures into our pedagogy and curriculum. As a community, we will take the journey towards reconciliation together with our Educators, children and families as we build relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, nurture respect and create opportunities to learn from, and work together with. We strive for an Early Learning Centre culture that acknowledges, teaches and unites Australia as one.
