Our Reconciliation Action Plan will drive our contribution to reconciliation, both as an early childhood education and care service, and within the community in which we operate. We will build and nurture authentic relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities and respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in our service. We believe in offering an equal, equitable and inclusive environment that is reflective of the cultures, collective interests and capabilities of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families and non-Indigenous children and families. Our RAP contributes to the evolving dimensions of reconciliation by supporting us to develop respectful relationships and create meaningful opportunities to learn with and from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.
