At Elles Belles Early Learning, our vision is to continually showcase reconciliation in a childhood education and care setting, promoting inclusivity, respect, equality, equity and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We will foster environments where all children are provided the opportunity to learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. Our aim is to promote reconciliation by providing every child with equal and equitable opportunities to thrive and learn in a culturally responsive setting.
Through collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and leaders, we will ensure the voices of First Nations children and their families are included throughout the service. We will acknowledge the true histories through education and understanding and promoting a deep sense of cultural safety and connection within Elles Belles.
