At AMIGA Montessori Cranbourne North, our vision is to guide children toward a deeper understanding of a reconciled Australia, one that honours and celebrates the knowledge, strength, and voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We are committed to embedding First Nations perspectives into our everyday learning by building strong, respectful partnerships with Elders and the local Aboriginal community. Through these relationships, we aim to create meaningful opportunities for children, staff, families and the wider community to learn from and alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, embracing their cultures, histories, and contributions as central to Australia's identity.
By doing so, we help shape a future where truth-telling, respect, and unity are part of every child's early learning journey.
