Our vision for reconciliation is to foster an inclusive environment for all families, children, educators and our community. We will continue to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our curriculum and respectfully include a range of resources, experiences and activities for our children to explore and gain knowledge and appreciation about the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. We will to continue to foster respectful relationships with Elders and the Traditional Owners of the Land upon which our service is built and work collaboratively to respectfully enhance our skills and knowledge about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives, cultures and histories. We also endeavour to share our vision with our parents and families so they can have more awareness and understanding of the importance of our reconciliation journey.
