Our Reconciliation Action Plan is a 'living' document that continues to evolve and stay true to our community. We embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and way of being and doing in all that they do. Educators continue to gain knowledge and support each other to learn about the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures as we make progress towards reconciliation. It is eveybody's business to learn, and to pass on knowledge. We need to have an "All in" attitude to ensure our Reconciliation Action Plan stay alive. We believe that it is the responsilibities of all educators to embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in the children's programs in a respectful and meaningful way. When we draw on all our strengths and knowledge, we archieve better outcomes for all. We continue to collaborate with our sister kindergartens - Tulip Street Private Kindergarten and Sandringham Kindergarten to advance our RAP commitments to our wider community and beyond.
