Our vision for reconciliation is for the Sparrow Early Learning Eagleby community to community to be united in reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and all Australians. We aim to ensure that as a service, we are respectfully embedding a culture of acceptance and inclusiveness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures, histories and perspectives, and that each family is accepted, acknowledged and respected within our community.
We as a Service will build meaningful relationships with the local Yugambeh community to provide opportunities for Educators to deepen their knowledge of the histories and cultures of this area.
