Here at Little Gems Jimboomba, we envision our children and educators engaged in embedded, inclusive, and respective practices. We endeavour to include the Yugumbeh language, histories and perspectives in our everyday language, practice and curriculum in collaboration with the local First Nations community. We offer a culturally safe atmosphere to all First Nations Peoples while inspiring and enabling all Australians to contribute to the reconciliation of the nation.
Our efforts towards reconciliation will support our local and wider community to strengthen relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australians.
