Little Coasties Kindergarten acknowledges and respects the cultures, histories and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Our vision is a future where all Australians understand and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures, and historically recognises them as being the First Nations people and custodians of Australia; a future where Australians of all backgrounds are enthusiastic about learning Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, traditions and cultures; and one where Australians are working together for an inclusive and equitable nation.
Little Coasties Kindergarten is contributing to an Australia where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and staff feel a sense of belonging and strong authentic connections with community and Country; where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children are nurtured and respected through acceptance and open communication.
