Our vision for reconciliation at Craigslea OSHC is to actively strengthen unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other Australians by cultivating a culture grounded in equity, equality, respect, and truth-telling.
Through our RAP, we commit to expanding our understanding, deepening partnerships with First Nations communities, and embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and perspectives across our organisation.
We acknowledge the complexities and truths of our shared past, honour resilience and joy, and work collaboratively to create a stronger, more connected future for our community.
