We believe that all children stand to benefit from programs which are sensitive and responsive to Australia’s First Nations peoples. When we share histories and stories in the spirit of Dadirrir, we enrich ourselves and our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, and cultures. We endeavour to respectfully engage with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities, and we will all work together to include First Nations peoples’ perspectives and respectfully embed their knowledge in our day-to-day programs. We will include social sustainability and cultural inclusiveness as a core part of the COSHC program and working towards reconciliation.
