Noranda Child Care Centre and its community is committed to ongoing learning that recognises and values the histories, cultures, and knowledges of the First Nations peoples of Australia, with particular respect for the Noongar Nation and the Whadjuk people as Traditional Custodians. By intentionally embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our daily practices. We support children, families and the local and wider community to grow with understanding, respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories and cultures, as a shared responsibility on the reconciliation journey.
