At Kids College we view the context of family, culture and diversity as central to a child’s sense of being and belonging. Everyone needs to be provided the opportunities to grow up with an understanding of and a respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories and cultures through learning about the truths of Australia's shared history.
We want to create a culture of respect and create a culturally responsiveness environment, where we come together in peace and harmony to celebrate the richness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and contributions.
We will ensure that the children we teach today grow up to be leaders of reconciliation and share their knowledge with their families and the wider community.
