Our vision for reconciliation at Goodstart Early Learning Prospect is to continue our learning journey, which includes developing strong relationships within our community that will foster an understanding of how to meaningfully and respectfully embed reconciliation. Our aim is to deepen our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' perspectives and cultures, while recognising the true histories the local Kaurna people, and the Land we live., work and learn on.
We will continue to create an environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and educators feel valued and respected in the centre. This will be strengthened by creating a community where educators are encouraged and supported to embark on their own respectful journey of respectfully engaging in learning that meaningfully includes Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' perspectives.
