Our vision for reconciliation is to build meaningful and ongoing relationships within the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community by acknowledging days of significance, incorporating daily Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our practice and pedagogy, and building trust founded on mutual respect and inclusiveness.
Together we will have a mutual and respectful understanding for First Nations peoples by coming together as a community to ensure positive relationships with everyone so that we can live together in unity, peace and with equality.
As a team we will embed First Nations peoples' perspectives in our daily practices, learnings, and programs.
We will work towards having a better understanding of First Nations peoples' cultures and histories. We recognise our responsibility to teach current and future generations about First Nations cultures and histories as we collaborate.
