Our vision for reconciliation is to actively strengthen enduring relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the wider Australian community, working towards a more united future.
At Hot Tots we strive to embed inclusiveness of all cultures including First Nations peoples and cultures, that reflect our family community in different ways and support and accommodate the needs of others.
Our aim is to commit to understanding and respectfully sharing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories and stories through various opportunities that show respect and understanding to First Nations people. As an early childhood service, we will ensure all stakeholders are welcomed in our diverse community of practice and commit to building respectful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
