The Vision for Reconciliation involves a commitment to supporting equal and equitable education opportunities and outcomes within our service for everyone, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families. This Reconciliation Action Plan is helping to guide our journey toward a future that ensures all children, can respectfully engage in quality early childhood education and care. We will continue to engage in practices that both embrace and collaborate with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
Our vision is to create a learning environment where children from all communities are encouraged to reach their full potential, to embed culturally aware practise, build on all current knowledge shared within the service, and source input from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members of our community to become a knowledgeable service.
Little Tackers endeavours to provide a service that will strengthen and enable connections, partnerships, collaboration with clear goals and strategies to aim for in our future.
