Winston Glades Early Education Centre creates a culturally safe and responsive learning environment, so all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families feel a sense of belonging and remains committed to sourcing and attending opportunities to increase staff and community awareness of the longstanding and continuing contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
