Bonny Babes vision for reconciliation is to encompass and promote a strong learning environment that is welcoming to all and respectfully embeds Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives within its learning, partnerships, and everyday life. Through acknowledging the knowledges, cultures, perspectives and histories of First Nations peoples, we continue to work towards creating a future of equality and equity, understanding responsibility to contribute to Australia’s reconciliation journey. 

 We acknowledge the importance of the early years and the role that children's knowledge and experiences play in shaping the future of Australia's response to reconciliation. We are committed to providing the opportunity for educators to develop their awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of being and respectfully sharing these learning with children through meaningful learning experiences.
