The Educators at Hyperdome Early Education Centre and Preschool believe in continuing to work towards increasing our knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and contributions. As we continue to embark on this reconciliation journey with our local and wider community. We will be respectful to Elder's past, present and emerging. The centre will continue to grow and be inclusive of cultural diversity and continue to reduce tokenism. We will continue to seek and build on the meaning of our reconciliation journey with children and families.
During this journey of reconciliation, we will look for guidance from local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders, families and community members to teach and collaborate with our educators as well as to work towards a common voice and goal.
