VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

At Goodstart Sinnamon Park, our vision for reconciliation is to build strong, respectful, and meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, grounded in understanding, trust, and collaboration. We recognise that reconciliation is an ongoing journey and a shared responsibility, and we are committed to embedding reconciliation into our everyday practice, decision-making, and culture.   Guided by the principles of Relationships, Respect, and Opportunities, we strive to create inclusive and culturally safe environments that value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, perspectives, and contributions. We are committed to deepening our understanding through ongoing learning, reflection, and professional development, and to working in partnership with families, children, and the wider community. Through this commitment, we aim to support children to develop a strong sense of identity, belonging, and respect for diversity, empowering them to grow as active and informed participants in reconciliation.
