Our vision for reconciliation involves supporting active participation from educators, families and children to walk alongside the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We understand that we are learning and exploring ways to reconcile and so we wish to do so with the respectful sharing of knowledge and generous support gifted to us within our community from local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, where appropriate. We understand that each person’s reconciliation journey is different and can present challenges and opportunities. We acknowledge these differences, challenges and opportunities and look for ways to best support each other on this journey.
