Together as a community, we continue to guide, nurture and grow our knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and perspectives and share this learning with our families and our community, to continue to nurture relationships with First Nations communities. We continue to create an inclusive and culturally safe haven for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and non-Indigenous children to play, create, inspire, reach goals and dreams. Our vision for reconciliation is for our community at Goodstart Burke Street Warragul to acknowledge, value and respect the cultures, contributions and ways of being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and to embrace unity between non-Indigenous people and First Nations peoples within our service and the wider community. We also continue to strive for acknowledgment and acceptance of Australia's true shared histories.
