Our vision for reconciliation at Goodstart Early Learning Delacombe is to provide educational opportunities for children, families and educators to learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ histories and cultures so that we can meaningfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our daily routines and practice. We believe in doing so, this will contribute to making our centre a culturally safe place for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Furthermore, we believe this will help create a better understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures for the Goodstart Delacombe community.
In our centre we will respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures.
