We at Goodstart Heidelberg promote high quality learning through engaging curriculums encouraging equality and choice that enhances children’s voice and individuality. We incorporate a variety of pedagogies and practices for educating our service community about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

We value the collaboration and partnerships with our community and families that foster an inclusive and innovative environment, supporting a further focus on engaging all children, staff and stakeholders of the educational community with high importance drawn to reconciliation and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories and cultures.  

We recognise the relationship and yet distinctions between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education and reconciliation in education. We ensure the welcoming and inclusivity of our diverse community to be involved in our goals, actions and achievements at Goodstart Heidelberg.
